Michael Princi is a successful executive with over 20 years of leadership experience. As the CEO of Pilotlite Ventures USA, Michael worked with corporations to commercialize captive intellectual property. Michael previously ran a boutique advisory firm, ThoughtStorm Strategic Capital,  leveraging analytics to increase shareholder value. He received an M.B.A. from The Johnson School at Cornell University and a B.S from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Patrick Murray has 24 years of proven leadership skills in development of complex service organizations and advancing projects from concept to commercial application. Patrick has focused extensively on cost modeling and product development, project quality, strategic sourcing, and organizational design and development. Patrick has served in executive roles in publically traded corporations and development stage companies across enterprise and consumer markets.  He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and holds an M.S. from Boston University.
